Legal Issues

When discussing the legality of CBD products, there are two levels to consider: the federal government versus the state government. In December 2018, the Farm Bill was passed into law. This bill now makes industrial hemp legal at the federal level. This means that CBD is now legal across the USA. However, states can still choose to impose some restrictions on sales of CBD products. It is still wise to check the laws in your own state before purchasing CBD. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not evaluated our statements.
