There’s no doubt that CBD is beginning to pop up everywhere. It started out with mainly tinctures (oils) but it quickly transitioned into other formulations like balms, capsules, gummies, and many more. It's rapid growth is making it easier to incorporate different products into your everyday life.
Below is a little on how you can get started using the product. You can go at your own pace and remember to listen to your body.
Find A Routine: Morning Or Evening
Figure out what time of day works best for you. You can even find balance between both the morning and the night- a little here and a little there.
Morning: For example, there are products that come in powder form and capsules and some people prefer to use these in the morning especially if you make morning smoothies.
Evening: An example of an evening routine would be using skincare to wash your face before bed.
You can totally take a look at your current routine and see how you can just swap out what you currently use for CBD brands.
Pick Your Products
Find out which product you like best and in what forms (skin/body/drink) then decide when you want to use them. You have a plethera of options so it’s all up to you, your lifestyle, and how your body reacts. Again, go at your own pace in testing each thing out.
